Abstract :

The Sunnah has agreat effect on the Islamic nation's life. It has agreat position in many aspects; from the spiritual, cultural structure to cognitive entity, However, the legislative side of the sunnah has an essential role, It represent the second Islamic jurisprudence. Allah has revealed the Holly Qur'an as general texets and as regulations aim to achieve people happiense and to care for their interests in the world and hereafter, so the sunnah came as a clarification of Qur'an's text and acomprehensive practical application to what in it to deal with all human's life aspect. The Sunnah includes avariety of aspects, according to diversity of human's needs, Sunnah deals and interact with these needs which differ between stability and flexibility, between summarization and explanation according to the requirements of these aspects. For example, the general stable regulation related to the essence of life that preserve the nation's identity and structure such as worships mannars and family affair …. Etc. On the other hand, sunnah deals with special regulations which hasn't continuity and stability. That's all, in response to living circumstances which people lived during prophethood time wich many duffer from time to another environment to another according to people needs and living circumstances.
